About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning& Development Communications Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in shaping the employee experience through high-impact communications, instructional design, clear and engaging facilitation, and effective program administration. You will partner with subject matter experts, leaders, and stakeholders to design, deliver, and promote people initiatives that align with our business goals and enhance capability across the organisation. Duties and Responsibilities Implement a range of learning solutions, masterfully co-ordinating facilitators, learners and technology to create amazing experiences. Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with required reporting standards. Manage the learning management system (LMS - Cornerstone) – Samsung U, including course creation, user enrolments, tracking and reporting. Provide support to HR Operations for learner queries and technical issues related to learning systems. Engage with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Support change communications and engagement strategies aligned with organisational capability and development priorities. Facilitate feedback loops and improvement plans to enhance program outcomes. About You 3-5 years experience within arelevantfield. Degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources or a related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences. Proficiency in learning technologies such as LMS platforms (Cornerstone), Articulate 360, Rise, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration tools. Strong organisation and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Stakeholder management and project coordination experience in a complex environment.
