Mid Market Account Executive – ANZ We’re looking for a high‑performing Mid Market Account Executive for our Sydney team, driving growth across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for a rising sales star who’s ready to take ownership of a key region, helping to scale DevRev’s footprint among mid market and upper mid‑market organizations. As the founding AE in ANZ, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining our go‑to‑market strategy, engaging with senior decision‑makers, and delivering DevRev’s innovative solutions that connect product, customer success, and engineering in one unified platform. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Business Development Identify, prospect, and engage high‑potential mid market and upper mid‑market clients across the ANZ region. Partner closely with your SDR team for outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns. Leverage events, networking, referrals, and digital channels to build and maintain a robust pipeline. Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close. Work cross‑functionally with pre‑sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver tailored, high‑impact solutions. Structure deals and contract terms that ensure long‑term customer success and mutual value. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Develop and nurture lasting executive‑level relationships with key accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients across the region. Partner with Customer Success to drive smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities. Stay on top of ANZ market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Provide market insights to marketing and product teams to refine regional strategy and messaging. Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and customer interactions using DevRev’s own CRM (Grow). Deliver regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to leadership. About You You’re ambitious, adaptable, and hungry to build something from the ground up. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, love solving complex problems for mid market customers, and are driven by results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally selling to mid market or upper mid‑market clients. Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving new business in the ANZ market. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value to executive stakeholders. Proficient with CRM and sales productivity tools. Self‑starter with an ownership mindset and a desire to grow into a future leadership role. Willingness to travel across the ANZ region as needed.
