Opportunity Join our leading disputes team as a junior SA, working on a range of matters for public and private sector clients. About the team Our Sydney Dispute Resolution & Litigation team handles a wide range of disputes for clients across diverse sectors including government, property, media and technology. Our clients include national and international companies, listed firms, SMEs, government departments, large property developers, private companies and individuals. About the role We seek a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer with 5‑6 years of post‑admission experience who is passionate about advancing their career within our firm. You will work with partners and senior lawyers specialising in commercial litigation and disputes across both the private and public sector. Responsibilities Commercial, industrial and retail lease disputes, including make‑good disputes Disputes arising from the sale and acquisition of land Commercial and contractual disputes Corporate insolvency matters Regulatory disputes Public and administrative law About you You have at least 5‑6 years of post‑admission experience and have handled a range of dispute resolution and litigation matters for both private and public sector clients. You are proficient in running matters, dealing directly with clients, and have experience with appearance work and a desire to continue in that capacity. Key skills include: Significant experience in drafting evidence and pleadings Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail Collaborative team player, including mentoring less experienced lawyers Comfortable in managing client relationships and disputes Capacity to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self‑driven with a strong ability to meet deadlines Employee benefits We believe in investing in our workforce.
