The Role Reporting to our Chief Growth Officer , and partnering closely with our Chief People Officer , you’ll lead the way in defining how Law Partners communicates — with our clients, our people, and the wider community. You’ll build and deliver a firm-wide communications strategy that: Elevates our brand and reputation. Positions Law Partners as a trusted voice in personal injury and community advocacy. Strengthens connection, engagement, and culture across our growing team. What You’ll Do Lead external communications – media relations, PR, and digital storytelling that amplify our impact and credibility. Build internal communications that inspire, engage, and connect our people. Craft content that simplifies complex legal ideas into clear, human stories that resonate. Partner across brand, marketing, digital, and HR to ensure every message reflects our values of compassion and excellence. Manage reputation and crisis communication with empathy and confidence. About You You’re a seasoned communicator with 5–7+ years’ experience in PR, communications, or corporate affairs — ideally in professional services or a similarly complex environment. You bring: A knack for crafting stories that move people and build trust. Strong media and stakeholder management experience. Strategic thinking, matched with hands‑on execution. Emotional intelligence and discretion — especially when dealing with sensitive matters. A genuine passion for purpose‑led communication and making a difference.
