About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Administrator to join our team and provide expert support across our clinical systems. You will work closely with radiologists, clerical teams, managers, and referring clinicians to ensure smooth and efficient use of our applications. This role is based at our Head Office on Greenhill Road, Wayville. In this role, you will: Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate issues within clinical applications to support continuity of high-quality imaging services across Benson Radiology. Maintain data integrity by monitoring and correcting exam or patient information errors in a timely manner to ensure patient safety. Assist in the implementation of new clinical applications, including system integration, workflow development, user training, and ongoing support. Test and assess software upgrades and enhancements to existing applications. Work with vendors to connect new imaging modalities and resolve DICOM or HL7 connectivity issues to ensure seamless integration with PACS and RIS. About You: Strong knowledge and understanding of clinical applications including RIS, PACS, and third-party reporting systems. (highly desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgement. High attention to detail and strong adherence to processes. A strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
