As a Service Clerk you willprovide a high level of customer service to employees and partnerswithin the firm in a timely and professional manner.Responsibilities of the team includes front of house (reception),catering and office management. You will be responsiblefor: GeneralOffice opening, sorting anddistributing incoming mail; coordinating andprocessing outgoing mail; banking asrequired; AV – Assist withmeeting room setup during client meeting and events –Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex; maintaining utilitypoints and kitchens; fire Warden –Attend quarterly fire warden training and act as warden duringannual evacuation exercise; backup to Reception;and events - Assisting withroom setup, decorations, repositioning or removal of furniture,flower pickup, setting out glasses and serveware. CourtWork settlements –Liaising with lawyers, attending settlements and dealing withany subsequent banking requirements; subpoenas andUndertakings/ Access Request Forms – Liaising withlawyers, maintaining accurate records, creating and lodgingcourt documents within specified timeframes and attendingcourt; eCourt Work –Litigation searches, document searches, eLodgement;and delivering legaldocuments to Chambers and the Courts. Aboutyou You will ideally have thefollowing skills and experience: 1-2 years’experience in an office or professional servicesenvironment excellent presentation,communication and interpersonal skills; reliable with a 'can do'attitude and proactive approach; strong attention todetail; ability to workautonomously; team player with aflexible approach; strong IT skills and goodknowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to work underpressure during peak times; proactive approach withthe ability to prioritise; and client focussed withstrong organisational skills.
