Payroll Lead Location: NRMA Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, Australia. What You’ll Do Full‑time permanent compliance professional leading payroll compliance and governance for NRMA. Hybrid work – Sydney CBD, Sydney Olympic Park and occasional home. Responsibilities Collaborate with Employee Relations to interpret and implement legislative requirements. Ensure People & Culture policies align with legislation and are reflected in systems. Lead integration of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements into payroll system. Oversee payroll processing compliance with National Employment Standards, Awards, Agreements; conduct payroll audits. Manage quarterly self‑assessments for Payroll and related functions; 2‑year policy review. Review and approve payroll runs, ensuring compliance with tax, superannuation, and regulations. Manage EOFY, FBT, Group Tax processes; support peak periods. Assist with adhoc reporting, analysis, redundancy requests for Senior Management. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years experience in project/system role; tertiary qualification. At least 5 years payroll experience with leadership. Solid understanding of compliance principles and investigative skills. High accuracy, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to People/HR systems desirable but not essential. Benefits Progressive flexibility, leave and well‑being benefits.
