Human Resource Adviser

Key Responsibilities Oversee the full employee lifecycle including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding, and exit processes across all medical sites. Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and payroll-related documentation using internal HR management systems. Advise management on HR policies, workplace behaviour, and employee performance while fostering a positive, compliant work environment. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure new staff are familiar with their employment conditions, responsibilities, and career development opportunities. Assist in resolving employee issues through fair and consistent communication and conflict management strategies. Analyse and apply relevant industrial instruments, including modern awards and Fair Work provisions, in all employment matters. Review and improve internal HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency and workforce satisfaction. Support the implementation of workplace programs such as training initiatives, staff engagement surveys, and retention strategies. Collaborate with management to plan workforce requirements and succession planning in line with clinic growth. Encourage open consultation between employees and management by facilitating communication channels and committee discussion. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in HR advisory or generalist roles within healthcare or service industries. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar role. Sound knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and HR best practices. About Company Woodlake Village Medical Centre is part of Puttappa Pty Ltd.
