As the Product Owner - Data Masking, you’re responsible for overseeing the strategy, governance, and management of IAG’s enterprise data masking platforms, which include both static and dynamic data masking capabilities. Your role ensures the protection of sensitive data across various environments, while also facilitating secure and efficient access for business, analytics, and development teams. This is a permanent full‑time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). What You'll Do Lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for data masking solutions across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards. Manage Delphix for static data masking in non‑production environments and Immuta for dynamic masking in production and analytics environments, aligning with data protection policies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, compliance, data governance, etc.) to define requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Provide expertise on the application of data privacy regulations in Australia and New Zealand. Drive automation and self‑service capabilities to reduce operational overhead. Monitor performance and compliance, track KPIs, and ensure platform stability, licensing, and vendor relationships are effectively managed. What You'll Bring Strong product management or product ownership experience in enterprise data protection, preferably with exposure to both static and dynamic data masking solutions. Hands‑on knowledge of Delphix and Immuta platforms, or similar technologies. Deep understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security requirements in complex, regulated environments. Proven ability to build roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes through data protection initiatives. Strong technical acumen to translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable product features and controls. Well‑developed coaching and mentoring skills.
