Location Melbourne Reports to Creative Director We're hiring a Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of Zenn Design. This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands‑on, influential role where design, creativity and brand‑building all collide. You'll work closely with our Founder / Creative Director, driving strategy, partnerships, campaigns and brand moments that elevate Zenn across the design and interiors space. We're looking for someone who brings strong instincts for luxury or elevated brand experiences whether you come from marketing, design, interiors, or a lifestyle‑led brand. What matters most is your ability to create impact, think commercially and champion the brand with clarity. Key Responsibilities Lead brand direction and ensure a consistent, elevated identity across all touchpoints The ability to edit and ideate copy for social media, journal and online publications Shape and strategise campaigns, launches and creative brand activations Drive and coordinate collaborations, partnerships and influencer activity that grow brand Elevate the retail experience and ensure all touchpoints are seamless Oversee content creation and photoshoots to uphold Zenn's visual and creative standards Manage PR opportunities and media relationships across design, lifestyle and interiors Support new product launches, positioning and go‑to‑market moments Be the go‑to person for our digital marketing agency to advise on maximising results Build an engaged brand community through thoughtful experiences and events Be across social media platforms including Pinterest and relevant industry trends What We're Looking For A person to lead the brand and represent in various invited functions. Experience in a luxury, design, interiors, architecture, lifestyle or elevated brand environment. Strong brand instincts and an understanding of design‑conscious audiences. Confident working across partnerships, collaborations and marketing campaigns. Experience guiding creative content, photoshoots or brand storytelling. Commercial awareness and the ability to bring ideas to life. Nice to have: formal marketing qualifications & Content Creation experience.
