Evening Duty Manager Full-time 38 Hours (includes a weekend day) We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Evening Duty Manager to support and guide the team, fostering collaboration, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth store operations. Key Requirements Support and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation to maximize sales Monitor staff performance, customer service, and store appearance Ensure smooth checkout, customer flow, and secure store operations Ensure compliance with store policies, Food Safety, and Health & Safety programs Complete end-of-day procedures in line with department requirements Hands‑on leader who actively supports and works with the team Detail‑oriented with a focus on operational excellence Ability to work independently while supporting the team Previous retail or supermarket management experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
