To join us a Care Home Manager, it is essential that you have 4 years’ experience in the care home sector with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position. You will have sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding and the MCA. You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.You love leading a team and being supportive to your colleagues as well as your residents and their families.
