About the Role Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We're excited to welcome an Account Manager to our Blue‑collar recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success. As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients and looking at sales for NSW. Recruitment support will also be a part of your responsibilities; however, your main emphasis will be on understanding and meeting the unique needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long‑term partnerships. Responsibilities Working with existing clients, engage key decision makers and stakeholders to develop new opportunities within the account, spending time onsite to build relationships. Develop new business within your current portfolio and maintain current relationships; manage additional accounts you bring in. Strategically map clients to ensure a full understanding of their needs and requirements. Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Delivery team to ensure they understand client warehousing, manufacturing, and trades requirements, delivering the highest quality candidates and service. Work side‑by‑side with the Candidate Engagement team to maximise candidates' experience with both our organisation and our client. Develop and maintain industry networks and your personal brand. Qualifications Confidence and an excellent can‑do attitude. Preferably experienced in Account Management; open to candidates with strong customer service background (b2b preferred). Ability to deep‑dive into a client's ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs. Sales and client relationship management experience preferred. Demonstrated relationship‑building skills. Willingness to be based out of the Sydney CBD office. Benefits An industry‑leading commission scheme that is uncapped. Ongoing training and development.
