We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our national team. Based in Launceston, you'll be an integral part of Armstrong Insurance Brokers. As an integral member of our national team, the Assistant Account Executive provides high-quality administrative and client service support to our Account Managers. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll Be Assisting With Processing new business, renewals, amendments, endorsements, and certificates of currency. Managing client enquiries and requests from brokers. Following up with clients via phone and email. Delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience for all Network Insurance House clients and partners. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of insurance broking while contributing to a supportive and professional team. About You You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease. You're focused on achieving results, adept at handling various systems, and possess strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience and adaptability will be a key contributor to your success in this role. To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Bring Strong administrative and organisational skills. A proactive, team-focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to manage multiple systems and a high volume of work. A drive to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Previous experience in insurance or Tier 2 qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential, training and support are provided.
