Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Administrative Coordinator, Laboratory manager and Project managers to facilitate efficient operations. Assist with accounts management, including data entry, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. Maintain and manage quality system documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements. Oversee general office administration tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, booking trainings, medicals and resource coordination. About You: You are detail‑oriented, efficient, and adaptable, with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You thrive in a supportive team environment and take pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in office administration or a related role 1 year + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with accounts processes and quality management systems is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Scheduling experience highly desirable Why Join Us?
