About The Role The Bunnings Commercial Organisations team is looking for a Business Development Manager specialising in Agriculture and Manufacturing to forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders and drive success across the North Division (QLD & Northern NSW). Your focus will be on developing and identifying new clients within the Agriculture and Manufacturing sectors to grow our existing commercial portfolios with key organisations such as AgForce, Queensland Fruit & Vegetable Growers (QFVG) and other industry leaders. You will personally develop strategies and plans to target growth opportunities, establish new relationships while strengthening existing ones, and engage with senior decision‑makers in these industries. You will report directly to the Business Sales Manager – North Division and collaborate with Business Development Coordinators to forge strong relationships across the state. What You Can Expect To Do Leverage our existing database of clients and drive new opportunities. Identify and collaborate with preferred suppliers and internal product teams. Engage with various organisations across Queensland and nationally. Build strategic insights and plans around new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to address state opportunities and counter competitor activities. What We Need From You Manage and grow existing relationships within the commercial client base. Engage with all levels of businesses to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities. Work collaboratively with a wide variety of the Bunnings team. Demonstrate previous experience with CCRM software and advanced MS Office skills. Show a personal commitment to safety.
