Restaurant / Bar Supervisor Kushiro Fusion Cuisine is a Japanese-inspired Asian fusion restaurant known for refined flavours, thoughtful beverage pairings, and warm, professional service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant / Bar Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house and bar operations. About the Role As a Supervisor, you’ll work closely with management to ensure smooth daily service, high standards, and a positive team culture. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily FOH and bar operations during service Lead, support, and motivate floor & bar staff Deliver exceptional guest experience and handle customer concerns professionally Oversee bar service, cocktails, wine and sake presentation Assist with staff training, onboarding, and service standards Ensure RSA compliance, cash handling accuracy, and venue procedures Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the venue Liaise with management on rosters, stock awareness, and service improvements What We’re Looking For Previous Supervisor or senior FOH / Bar experience in a restaurant or cocktail bar Strong leadership and communication skills Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine and/or sake (training provided where needed) Confident handling busy services and high-end clientele Strong attention to detail and professionalism Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak periods Valid RSA certificate (required) What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Staff meals and dining discounts> Supportive, professional team culture Opportunity to work with premium food, sake and cocktail programs Career growth within an award‑recognised venue Location: Fitzroy, MelbourneEmployment Type: Full-time or Part-time (negotiable) Apply by sending your CV to: *******@kushiro.com.au or DM us on Instagram Kushiro_fitzroy Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
