Executive Manager - Digital Health and Technology

Newcastle, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSWGreat organisation based in Newcastle are looking for a Head of Digital Technology. Looking for a visionary bringing digital to the health space across the Newcastle, Hunter and New England region.

The role will be helping drive the organisations digital transformation forward with the end goal of improving their customers experiences both online and in person.

The Role

Asses and understand the current state of the IT and digital landscapesStakeholder engagement with the board, execs, partners and team membersRe brand and consolidate the existing team and assets within the businessDigital Transformation Vision: Develop and communicate a clinically informed vision for digital healthcare transformation aligned with organisational goals and industry trends.Strategic Planning: Lead strategic plans to advance digital health initiatives.Governance Frameworks: Ensure effective governance with relevant policies and procedures.Partnerships: Establish and strengthen partnerships for digital health and technology implementation.Process Improvement: Identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities.Monitor Opportunities: Scan for opportunities in digital health, technology, AI, and virtual care.
