Join to apply for the Senior Zero Harm Advisor role at Downer Opportunity Downer's Water business is seeking a Senior Zero Harm Advisor to join our NG4D delivery team. This role is pivotal in supporting our commitment to safety and environmental excellence across our operations. Reporting to the Regional Zero Harm Manager, you will lead, develop and advise on Downer Zero Harm standards and legislative requirements, ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver work safely and responsibly. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety, conducting audits and inspections, supporting incident investigations, and coaching work crews on safe work methodologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on the health and safety outcomes of our projects.
