The role We are looking for a Senior Account Manager ready to step up to Account Director, leading integrated campaigns across digital, video, social, content, events and OOH for blue-chip clients. Responsibilities Own the day-to-day client relationship for Optus and other key accounts, interrogating briefs and earning client trust. Form strong relationships with strategists, creative teams and producers to deliver brilliant strategic and creative outputs. Manage projects end-to-end, prioritising tasks, budgets and timelines to stay on track. Build knowledge in the B2B space and use insights to inform proactive client work and identify new growth opportunities. Understand how smaller projects fit into a bigger picture and raise new opportunities across key clients. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years' creative agency experience, ideally digital or integrated background. Strong project management skills, solid marketing background and creative mindset; B2B communications experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication, confident presenting to clients. Track record developing strong relationships internally and with clients. Happy working from office Tuesday through Thursday. Relevant Bachelor's degree and passion for continuous learning and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
