You’ll enjoy: A positive team culture at the Noosa Aquatic Centre Flexible, casual hours to suit your lifestyle Work that’s active, meaningful and fun A supportive, community-focused environment Ongoing training and development The Opportunity As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will: Deliver engaging, safe, high-quality swimming lessons across all levels Teach correct technique and build confidence through hands‑on instruction Support children and adults to achieve real progress in their swimming skills Tailor lesson plans to individual needs within each class Ensure student safety and a positive learning environment Prepare lesson areas and equipment Maintain accurate progress records Work with a supportive team committed to high‑quality aquatic education About You You’re positive, patient, energetic and passionate about working with children, families, and community members. You know how to communicate with people of all ages, make learning fun, and help swimmers achieve great results. To succeed, you'll bring: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to teach independently and as part of a team Confidence supervising students and managing small groups Initiative, professionalism and reliability Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends Experience across all age groups (mums & bubs, preschool, school‑aged, adults) is highly regarded.
