Marketing & Admin Assistant - Real Estate We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong eye for design and experience in Adobe InDesign and Canva. If you love turning ideas into visually stunning marketing materials, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Canva Design brochures, flyers, social media content, and branded assets Assist with marketing campaigns and content creation Maintain brand consistency across all projects Work collaboratively with the team to produce high-quality, on-brand work Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and maintaining marketing records Support the team with occasional general admin tasks Skills & Experience Solid experience with InDesign (must-have). Confident using Canva for fast‑turnaround content. Strong design sense and understanding of layout and branding. Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction. Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks. About You Organised, reliable, and eager to grow within real estate. Creative flair and an interest in social media content.
