Job Description: Salesperson Location: Sydney About Us: Dad & Dave's Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery committed to producing high-quality, innovative beers. As a rapidly growing brand in the craft beer industry, we pride ourselves on our exceptional products and customer service. We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic salesperson to join our team and help us expand our reach while spreading the love for our brews Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of craft beers to customers, establishing, and maintaining strong business relationships, and driving sales growth. Your success will directly contribute to the growth and success of Dad & Dave’s Brewing. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Dad & Dave's Brewing products to potential and existing clients (pubs, restaurants, retail outlets). Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotions. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Identify new business opportunities and expand the brewery’s market presence. Manage and track sales progress and maintain an organized database of client information. Conduct regular visits to clients and handle queries or concerns in a professional manner. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the food & beverage or craft beer industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). A valid driver's license is required (some travel will be involved).
