Dad & Dave's Are Hiring A Venue & Marketing Coordinator Job Posted September 9, 2025 Dad & Dave's are a family-run brewery in Brookvale which have grown to make more than just beer. If you'd like to join them as they expand, they're looking for the right candidate to lead their venue and marketing approach. Job Description: Venue & Marketing Coordinator Location: Brookvale, Sydney (Northern Beaches) Employment Type: Full-time | 38 hours per week | Pay negotiable based on experience About Us Dad & Dave’s Brewing is a proudly independent, family-owned brewery located in Brookvale, Sydney. We’re passionate about great beer, genuine community connection, and creating welcoming spaces. As we continue to grow, our operations now include: Our Brookvale taproom and venue Our new Delta Drinks venture, focused on non-alcoholic and functional beverages A contract packing facility supporting beverage brands across Australia We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and community-minded Venue & Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand stories to life across all touchpoints. Your Role This role combines venue management and marketing coordination, offering a unique opportunity to work across all facets of our business—from the brewery floor to branded content and events. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the taproom, ensuring a high-quality guest experience Coordinate bookings, events, and private functions Liaise with front-of-house and production teams Support stock management and POS systems Marketing & Content Create and schedule social media content for Dad & Dave’s Brewing, Delta Drinks, and contract packing Coordinate email marketing, product launches, and event promotions Maintain brand consistency across all channels (digital and physical) Assist in creating content (photo/video/copy) for campaigns and product updates Events & Community Engagement Plan and run events such as tastings, brewery tours, markets, and pop-ups Collaborate with local partners, venues, and influencers Represent the brand at trade shows and local activations Who You Are You love working with people and are both organised and creative You’re confident managing a venue and delivering a great guest experience You have proven experience in marketing, especially digital and content creation You’re passionate about beer, beverage innovation, and hospitality You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments Key Skills & Experience Must have hands-on experience working in a venue, ideally a taproom, bar, brewery, or similar hospitality setting Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related field Social media and email marketing experience (e.g., Instagram, Meta Ads, Mailchimp) Strong communication and copywriting skills Experience with POS systems and event planning required Basic design (Canva/Adobe) or content creation tools a plus How to Apply If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, take ownership of a varied and exciting role, and help shape the future of a proudly local brand, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
