Assist in managing campaign budgets, forecasts and reporting in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager. Ability to synthesize product information to craft compelling customer and partner value propositions. Stakeholder Management Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure consistent campaign delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, partnerships, sales, legal and compliance to reflect customer needs and commercial priorities in marketing activities. Contribute to post‑campaign reviews, capturing insights and learnings for continuous improvement. Build effective relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to deliver high‑quality campaigns on time and on budget. Performance and Reporting Track, analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, identifying insights and making recommendations for optimisation. Support the Senior Marketing Manager in providing reporting and insights at business level. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline. 3‑5 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, paid media, content, email, events).
