About the Role Reporting to the State Manager, you will work within a goal-oriented team. You will participate in team meetings to discuss business opportunities, solutions, and new initiatives. Maintain and develop existing customer base, including end users, consultants, system integrators, switchboard builders and OEMs. Uncover new business opportunities and provide commercial and technical solutions to address customers' needs. Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver desired results. Requirements A degree in Engineering or an electrical trade qualification; sales or customer service experience would be advantageous. An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve positive outcomes. A team player with proven success in building effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
