Position Overview Nurse Educator Grade 2 – Bendigo Advertiser (Belmont Hospital) We are excited to be seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Educator to join our team. As the coordinator for all nursing education within the hospital, you will create calendar plans for Clinical Nurse Educators (CNE’s) to work within the units, liaise with external bodies to facilitate education within the hospital, review policies, procedures and guidelines and give feedback on a district level, participate in the clinical quality and care committee, and so on. Remuneration: $135,826.04 – $138,534.10 per annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging. Employment Type: Permanent Full Time. Location: Belmont District Hospital. Applications close: Sunday, 16th November 2025. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs. Coordinate the education schedule for Clinical Nurse Educators (CNE’s) across units. Collaborate with external bodies to deliver education and maintain accreditation standards. Review and update policies, procedures, and guidelines at a district level. Participate in the clinical quality and care committee to promote best practices. Support CNE’s and nursing staff through coaching and professional development. Ensure timely report writing and submission for grants and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA plus relevant clinical or education post‑registration qualifications. Significant clinical experience in nursing education. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy and competency with report writing. Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work purposes.
