We are looking for an

expert in all owned media disciplines from SEO and content marketing to UX and amplification – with ability to use a creative mix of owned channels to ensure that client KPIs are hit and measurable business outcomes are achieved.The role:As the

Senior SEO Director

you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of SEO & Content campaigns by developing programs which bring the consumer to the heart of your campaigns.Core responsibilities:Establish excellent relationships with senior clients and leaders in the business whereby they seek and trust your expertise and opinions as a valued partnerBe an expert in all aspects of owned media from SEO to Content strategy and Amplification to UX and be able to create integrated strategies which encompass all elementsIdentify resource requirements for each client and recommend necessary compensation structures to deliver revenue and profit targetsTo play an active role in supporting local market new business pitching where requiredActively seek to identify out of scope projects across your client portfolio to drive incremental revenue for the business, with the support and guidance of Client Partner/Head of SEOA bit about you:An expert understanding of SEO and experience owned media channels, and the broader digital ecosystemExperience building strategic SEO or content campaign frameworks that tactically incorporate both owned and paid activity to achieve maximum reach, engagement and interactionExpert knowledge of tools and analytics platforms – i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRushContributes to thought leadership, research and POVs, and create case studies and awards of our awesome workMotivated to create and execute development plans for your team to build a clear business succession planProven ability to identify resource requirements for your clients and recommend necessary compensation structures to deliver revenue and profit targetsWhat’s in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set upThe opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your wayCareer Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu UniversityBecome a champion for meaningful progress:Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
