Description Lead risk management across Fraud & Scams teams within Customer Solutions Act as a key advisor to senior leaders driving proactive risk culture Deliver strategic oversight and continuous improvement in controls and reporting Whats the role We’re looking for a senior risk leader to embed and uplift risk management practices across our Fraud and Scams teams. You’ll be the primary BCM contact for the business responsible for ensuring controls are fit‑for‑purpose, risks are well understood and governance is strong. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide incident management, control design, risk analysis and reporting. You’ll also represent BCM in key forums and help drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a full‑time permanent role based in Sydney.
