NSW Operations Manager – SKIDATA Australasia Ready to lead a high‑performing operations team and make a major impact across the NSW region? What You’ll Lead & Deliver Customer Excellence: Ensure outstanding service delivery, act as an escalation point for key accounts, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships. Modernisation & Extension (ME) Growth: Identify upgrade opportunities across hardware, software, and digital solutions to drive revenue and lifecycle value. Financial Performance: Manage regional budget, deliver revenue and margin targets, support invoicing and AR processes, and ensure commercial accuracy. Operational Efficiency: Optimise service processes, ensure SLA compliance, manage resource allocation, and coordinate project delivery. Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop the NSW service team, drive technical competency, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You Bring Proven experience in service operations, project management, or technical leadership (3+ years). Strong people management and customer relationship skills. Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin performance. Process‑oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement. Technical background (Engineering/IT/Electronics) advantageous. Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, CRM systems, BI reporting, etc. What You Can Expect A key leadership role within our NSW region.
