Position Marketing Manager – Lead marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social and online channels for an established menswear retailer. Company Our client is an established menswear retailer with strong brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce presence, known for quality products at affordable price points. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, e‑commerce and e‑mail channels. Own social media strategy and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn channels. Lead retail marketing execution in stores, including window campaigns, in‑store POS and shopping‑centre activations. Coordinate brand photo‑shoots with the creative team. Roll out seasonal and promotional campaigns end‑to‑end. Collaborate with e‑commerce, retail and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution. Support influencer, ambassador and partnership initiatives. Track, report and optimise campaign performance across channels. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights. Manage and mentor one direct report. Qualifications 2+ years experience in a marketing specialist/manager role within fashion apparel, accessories or lifestyle for a large‑scale retailer. Experience with multi‑location campaign roll‑outs and managing e‑commerce or campaign shoots. Strong organisational skills, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
