NSW - Technical Support & Training Consultant Do you resolve all the technical survey challenges in your office? Do you like trying out the very latest surveying equipment? C.R. Kennedy has a rare opening in the highly respected Survey Support Team, based in Sydney. C.R. Kennedy are looking for a friendly outgoing person to join our technical support team. You need to have an exceptional knowledge of surveying ideally with Leica surveying equipment and an enthusiastic positive attitude to solving problems. The successful candidate must have an outstanding customer service attitude. You will be working with the state sales team and national product managers and will report to the National Technical Support Manager. THE ROLE Customer Technical Support - Provide front line technical support on our range of surveying solutions, in particular the Leica Geosystems GEO & GNSS equipment and related software. Supporting the Sales Team - Work closely with the technical sales consultants, communicating product knowledge and assisting in demos. Training - Present structured training courses, either scheduled or client specific. These courses will be conducted at our premises or on-site, subject to scheduling. THE REQUIREMENTS Good product knowledge & willingness to learn Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude Essential to be able to work autonomously and be willing to travel within NSW & ACT and occasionally nationally.
