In this role, you’ll be the go‑to superstar supporting the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to recognition, reporting, and safety systems. You’ll keep our processes humming, our data clean, and our people informed and supported. You’ll work closely with managers across the business, assist coordinate key People & Safety initiatives, and help create the kind of employee experience we’re proud of. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all safety requirements and inductions are completed. Maintain records in our systems including Safe Ag Systems, Donesafe, TracerTrak, Solv and Employment Hero. Undertake minor policy revisions (dates, titles, formatting) and upload to the systems. Support continuous improvement of HR and Safety processes and documentation. Assist with the allocation of SPOT devices, management of TracerTrak program, ordering replacement devices and organising repairs, set up of new employees and removal of employees from Safety Programs i.e. SAS and TracerTrak. Maintain SharePoint libraries with up to date content and information. Assist State Safety Managers when required on contractor logistics. Maintain accurate employee, training, and certification records across all systems. Support recruitment, contracts, awards and general People & Safety administration. Who You Are You’re someone who loves being the glue that holds things together. You bring energy, accuracy, and approachability to everything you do. You’ll thrive if you have: Experience in HR, safety, or administrative support. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero is a bonus). Confidence navigating safety software tools. Strong admin, coordination, and organisation skills. Excellent communication, clear, professional, and warm. A high level of discretion and professionalism. The ability to juggle competing priorities calmly. A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
