About the Role Join our Children and Families Service and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide high-quality assessment and intervention services that help children reach their full potential. You’ll work collaboratively with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that is innovative, evidence-based, and family-centred. Provide assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for children with developmental needs Collaborate with families and other health professionals to create tailored care plans. Support students and junior staff through supervision and mentoring Participate in service development, policy review, and quality improvement activities. About Us: The Children and Families Service provides outpatient-based services to children presenting with developmental delay. The service has an early intervention focus, with most children accessing the service aged between 1 and 4 years of age. Services are provided alongside parent/carer skill development programs with the aim of supporting children’s healthy development and relationships.
