About the opportunity Join HealthShare NSW as a System and Solution Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our Patient Billing Revenue Collection (PBRC) system. You’ll be part of a high‑performing team, oversee system configuration and upgrades, and deliver accurate reporting that drives revenue growth across NSW Health. Responsibilities Provide leadership and technical expertise to deliver reliable, customer‑focused services. Administer and maintain PBRC, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and performance. Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to support strategic decision‑making. We’re looking for a strong communicator and problem solver with experience in system administration, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement.
