Virtual Sales Leader

:You will develop and evolve the Virtual Sales strategy for the Pacific Zone and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve yearly sales targets. Additionally, you will partner with business leads to expand customer value, base, and revenue, build strong relationships with Sales Directors/State managers, and coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. You will also collaborate with marketing and offer teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, utilize CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions, and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will also be a part of your responsibilities.About YouWe’re not looking for just anyone, we never have.
