The values that underpin our culture are the drivers of our ongoing success : Agile Solution focused Respect for all people Integrity in the way we operate We're seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exceptional corporate, client-facing, and internal events. In this role, you'll take ownership of planning, logistics, and execution across a diverse range of experiences from conferences and product launches to team experiences and partner activations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of event management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step up and lead end-to-end events. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all events are executed seamlessly and reflect our brand's high standards. What you will do in the role Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and target audiences. Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Support the development of the annual events calendar and contribute ideas for new initiatives and improvements. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality events. Coordinate logistics including catering, AV, signage, merchandise, transportation, accommodation, and travel for attendees, speakers and team members. Promotion and Marketing Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop event collateral from invitations, signage, promotional campaigns, name badges, and event merchandise. Support event campaigns, RSVP management, and attendee engagement initiatives before, during, and after the event. Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints. On-Site Management Lead on-site operations including set-up and pack-down, supplier management, registration, and guest services. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during events, ensuring a professional presence. Flexibility to work after hours and travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) as required. Post-Event Support Manage event debriefs, collect feedback, analyse outcomes, and provide insights to improve future events. Track event KPIs, budgets, and ROI metrics. Travel & Administration Support the Events and Experiences Manager with broader event delivery and administrative tasks. Manage travel arrangements and other team logistics where needed. What you will need to succeed in the role Experience 3–5 years' experience in planning and delivering corporate or B2B events preferably within IT industry or a related field. Organisational Skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and shifting priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in managing stakeholders at all levels. Attention to Detail High attention to detail to ensure quality and brand alignment. Creativity & Innovation Ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions to enhance engagement and achieve event objectives. Tech-Savvy Comfortable using event software, CRM tools and Microsoft Office tools. Proactive Problem-Solving Anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise. Teamwork and Collaboration Collaborative and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. Budget Management Experience in managing event budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
