Logistics Officer – 12-Month Fixed-Term

The Company LVMH Watch & Jewelry is part of the world's leading luxury goods companies, distributing the prestigious watch brands TAG Heuer, Hublot, and Zenith. The Opportunity Join our Melbourne team as a Logistics Officer on a 12-month maternity leave replacement contract . In this role, you’ll manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of stock , ensuring the efficient and timely flow of orders across our network. Job Responsibilities Weekly watch shipment receipting for all brands Unpacking and storage of goods in organised manner Picking and packing of items for dispatch in a responsible and timely fashion Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange pickups Follow, document, and escalate any delivery / shipping / reception issues Manage watch packaging and consumables Monthly stock take Coordinate and communicate with internal departments on Logistics matters Provide feedback and improve with management the Logistics process Timely update of SOP for Logistics processes To perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Management Profile At LVMH Watch & Jewellery we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results‑orientated and who balance well the ‘think’ and ‘do’. To be successful in this position, you will possess the following: 2‑3 years of experience in supply chain and/or operations; Excellent organisational and planning skills with a keen eye for details; Strong team player with excellent communication skills; Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Experience in the luxury goods industry and experience with SAP is a plus.
