Territory Manager (12 months Fixed-Term) Join to apply for the Territory Manager (12 months Fixed-Term) role at Telstra . About the role As a Territory Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract you nurture existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, and work closely with partners and digital sales to deliver high‑value, high‑profit solutions that drive Telstra’s growth. Key Responsibilities Accountability for assigned territory sales and profitability, nurturing customer relationships to achieve strategic growth. Ownership of the territory plan from end to end, including whitespace analysis, sales strategy, and channel engagement. Develop and execute partner engagement strategies by domain and geography, creating and maintaining pipeline cadence. Lead closed‑loop sales plays and white‑space campaigns with Partners and Digital Sales. Manage base‑management activity and cadence with Partners & Digital Sales Base to generate upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Deliver customer engagement and communication strategies for the territory. Conduct territory health checks, including account contact review and pipeline assessment. Maintain key contact information in Phoenix. Provide regular reporting on portfolio performance against financial and customer targets (sales, revenue, profitability, NPS). Collaborate with teams across Telstra (Digital Sales, Partner Channel, Commercial Steering) to understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions. Participate in knowledge‑sharing initiatives that inform sales strategies and market trends. About You – Essential 3‑5 years of Sales, Customer‑facing or B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or software. Proven sales opportunity and partner opportunity management skills. Experience in portfolio analysis and planning. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong customer centricity and commercial acumen. Benefits Performance‑related pay.
