How To Apply Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in relation to sexual assault, family violence, historical child protection interventions and how these have affected Aboriginal people. Advanced skills in providing individual and group counselling for Aboriginal people and non-Aboriginal people within a trauma framework including advanced skills of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop, facilitate and evaluate programs relating to sexual assault, family violence, child abuse, and neglect. Demonstrated reasoning skills and the ability to work both autonomously and to contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team across an interagency framework, including high level written and oral communication skills, a high level of organisational skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines and experience in using computer programs such as Microsoft programs.
