We advise owners, boards and investors on business divestments, strategic acquisitions and roll‑ups, buyer and seller advocacy, business valuations and exit strategy. We work closely with a national network of centres of influence, including accounting firms, law firms and private COI’s. Job Description The role suits a corporate‑trained professional who can leverage an existing network and apply structured, analytical thinking to SME and mid‑market transactions. The focus is on originating and executing quality sell‑side and buy‑side engagements, with intellectual guidance and frameworks from senior practitioners and our COI network. Key Responsibilities Originate and qualify SME and mid‑market mandates via your network and targeted outreach Build and manage relationships with business owners, buyers, accountants, lawyers and investors Assess financial performance and value drivers (P&L, normalisations, EBITDA/PEBITDA) Contribute to, or lead, preparation of information memoranda and campaign materials Manage buyer engagement, including NDAs, profiling, shortlisting and Q&A Support or lead commercial negotiations alongside legal and tax advisers Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and reporting via CRM and internal processes Skills & Experience Corporate or commercial banking Accounting, business advisory or corporate finance Commercial or business law Commercial real estate or business broking B2B sales into C‑suite and business owners Strong financial literacy and confidence working with SME financials A proven ability to generate opportunities through professional networks High standards of professionalism, discretion and stakeholder management Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills What’s on Offer High earnings potential through a competitive performance‑linked structure A platform to leverage your relationships, supported by Wyse Advisory’s brand, systems and COI network Exposure to a broad range of industries in the SME and mid‑market segment Flexible, outcomes‑focused working environment (remote / hybrid) across Sydney, Brisbane and Perth Why Join Us?
