FERNANDEZ PSYCHOLOGY is a very well-established private practice in Kingsley (Est. in 2005). We are looking to meet increased demand for our services and further expand our well-respected, growing clinical team with a reputation for providing warm, compassionate and collaborative evidence-based care. If you are seeking excellent working conditions in a supportive, non-commercialised, boutique private practice and wish to choose your preferred days of work and structure your day how best suits you then this position may be for you Our rooms and common spaces are modern and comfortable. The well-designed space offers a unique client experience, promotes team culture, communication, quality of care, and practice workflows. Our premises include 10 consulting rooms, 2 waiting rooms, and a break-out room for staff. We have a very cohesive team of 13 clinicians and the support offered is second to none (clinical, admin and personal support). Collegial support is a true strength of the practice, a reflection of, and a credit to the team. It goes without saying that the practicehas a very well-established referral base and we are committed to filling the diary of the psychologists who have dedicated their time to the practice. We provide full admin support of the very highest standard. Our admin team of is led by a full-time practice manager with decades of industry experience. We offer a generous remuneration structure taking into consideration experience and qualifications of the successful applicant(s) and are happy to discuss this in person. Please note we do not bulk bill. As you will already be aware, the position demands the ability to engage clients and provide meaningful therapy to a very broad range of presentations. Being congruent, having positive unconditional regard, and empathy are qualities much valued by the practice. The practice is client-centered. Being flexible in therapeutic approaches in addition to being expert in CBT and not over medicalising is one way to summarize the style of the practice. We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychologist or eligible for endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist or Registrar with AHPRA. Work is varied and rewarding and you will feel very well supported amongst a fantastic team of experienced clinicians and admin team.
