Job Description Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the agriculture sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market developments. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager - Agriculture should have: Proven experience in business development or sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry. A strong understanding of the agriculture sector and its market dynamics. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required. What's on Offer Competitive salary package ranging from AUD 110,000 to AUD 140,000.
