We exist to protect our client’s, their people and assets The Role We are seeking to expand our Response Solutions team by 4 full-time Dispatch Coordinator positions available in Parramatta. With the opportunity to work across 6:00pm – 6:00am, or alternatively 6:00am – 6:00pm. This role will see you supporting our clients by ensuring customer service requirements are met to our high standards. This role requires someone adept at multi‑tasking and has good attention to detail. The Tasks Receive and process security guard bookings ASAP bookings Multi‑site bookings Short to medium term bookings Dispatch security guards as per booking requirements Working with our provider partners nationally Managing SXP and customer specific safety inductions Managing start and finish times of the security guards Monitoring the welfare of security officers Providing support to security officers in real time during security related incidents Ensuring timesheet accuracy Collaborating with SXP teams to deliver a positive customer experience The Successful Candidate Available to work 12‑hour shifts Available to work rotating roster Capable of working weekends or public holidays when required Ability to type and talk at a consistent pace Willing to obtain 1 E security licence The successful candidate will be part of an outstanding work environment in a company that invests in their people, training, and development with a focus on diversity and internal promotion.
