The Opportunity Our Sydney real estate team is seeking a career conveyancing paralegal to join our leading team on a full-time, permanent basis. The will include conveyancing, leasing and assisting with registration and other dealings with the titles office. Specific responsibilities include : Compiling contracts for sale of land. Assisting with property due diligence, including undertaking and reviewing statutory enquiries. Attending to PEXA settlements (or paper settlements, if required), including working with other teams on property financing settlements. Liaising with our search and stamping agents. Liaising with the NSW Land Registry Services to arrange registration of dealings (including leases). Experience with and a good working knowledge of PEXA. Ability to run straightforward property settlements independently. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to utilise technology in managing large projects (e.g. Excel). Team-focused and the ability to work independently, taking a proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships.
