Customer Service Officer (Casual Staff for Pre-Opening) EPIISOD represents the next chapter of student living in Sydney—purposefully designed for the modern, ambitious student. Launching in Semester 1, 2026, EPIISOD Macquarie Park is the first of Centurion Corporation’s premium student accommodation projects in Australia. Developed in collaboration with leading architectural and interior design firms, EPIISOD sets a new benchmark for innovative and prestigious student living. Centurion Corporation Limited (“Centurion” or the “Group”) is one of Singapore’s largest owner-operators of quality accommodation assets with a growing presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The Opportunity EPIISOD Macquarie Park is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Staff to join our pre-opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the foundational phase of a brand-new student accommodation property and play a meaningful role in shaping the resident experience from day one. As part of the pre-opening team, you will support operational setup, customer service activities, administrative tasks, room inspections, onboarding processes, and general property preparation. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy dynamic work environments, take initiative, and thrive in hospitality or customer-focused settings. Key Responsibilities Supporting front-of-house operations, including handling enquiries and welcoming visitors Assisting with pre-opening administrative tasks and data entry Preparing rooms for resident move-ins—including inspections, inventory checks, and set-up tasks Assisting with events, marketing activities, and community engagement Supporting leasing activities, campus outreach, and on-site tours Helping set up property facilities and common areas Providing general operational support to the Accommodation Manager and opening team Upholding EPIISOD brand standards to ensure a welcoming and professional environment Qualifications Prior customer service, hospitality, property, or administrative experience Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment High attention to detail and reliability Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Availability to work across weekdays and weekends during pre-opening and peak periods Highly Desirable Experience in student accommodation, hotel operations, or property management Understanding of front-desk operations or tenancy processes Experience with property management systems (e.g., StarRez) Interest in student communities or university environments Basic knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements Able to start immediately/short notice What We Offer Competitive casual hourly rates Opportunity to be part of an exciting pre-opening project Experience with a premium brand redefining student living in Australia A supportive team environment during one of the most exciting phases of the project Potential for ongoing or future opportunities as the property transitions into full operations How to Apply Please submit your CV and brief cover letter addressed to the Accommodation Manager – EPIISOD Macquarie Park.
