About the Role We’re looking for a driven, sharp, and people-focused Sales & Partnerships Specialist to take over a key client-facing role. You’ll guide property investors through a product that can seem complex at first glance, helping them clearly understand how it works and how it supports their goals. You’ll use strong active listening skills to tailor options to each client and manage the end-to-end sales process. You’ll also lead outbound outreach to create and strengthen partnerships with real estate agencies, property professionals, and mortgage brokers. Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads and run discovery conversations to understand client needs and goals Clearly explain and simplify a complex financial product in a way clients can easily understand Actively listen and tailor product options to each client's circumstances Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to funded deals Prepare personalised proposals and guide clients through each step of the process Maintain strong attention to detail across CRM, documentation, and compliance requirements Partnership Development (Outbound Sales) Identify and target real estate agencies, buyer’s agents, mortgage brokers, and other property professionals for partnership opportunities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build new referral relationships Clearly communicate the value of Futurerent and how the product complements the work of brokers and property professionals Maintain ongoing engagement with new and existing partners to drive referral volume Support partners with product information, case examples, and deal support What We’re Looking For Sales experience, ideally in financial services, property, or proptech/startups Ability to understand and convey a complex product in a simple, confident, and compelling way Strong active listening skills with the ability to quickly grasp client goals High attention to detail — written and numerical Confident communicator who builds rapport easily and professionally Self-starter comfortable with outbound sales and building a strong partner network Strong organisational skills - ability to manage multiple deals, leads, and priorities simultaneously Why Join Futurerent?
