We celebrate our global presence, by supporting our culturally diverse team around the world.The day to day in this role will look like:Step into a world of fast fashion with Lovisa in a management regional role. Lead by example and develop, mentor and coach a strong cultured team. Operations focused and a driver forceManaging all stores assigned within your region (6-10)Coach, develop and motivate your teamLead your Managers in all aspects of store operationsAchieve monthly retail budgets and manage expense controlControlling shrinkage by coaching your teams to manage within storesOversee management and recruitment of store teams, rosters and control of wagesPromote customer service excellence and identify areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfactionVisual merchandising and ensuring store presentation is of the highest standardsAttract, recruit and induct new team members and promote a strong focus on succession planning within the teamsA can do attitude with the following skills:Multi-site management experience for a fashion retailerAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environmentStrong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance managementExcellent planning and organisational skillsStrong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering resultsExceptional communication skillsA strong passion for retail, customer service and fashionAvailable Tuesday-Saturday (1 Saturday off every month)Willing to learn, coach and train team on ear piercing.Enjoy these perks when you join LovisaJoin a global business offering endless career opportunities locally and internationallyGenerous Product Discounts 50%Unlimited Fuel CardPersonal Development Succession Plans with monthly, quarterly, six month and yearly reviews.Take your birthday off on us with an additional day of leaveFreedom to shake up your daily uniform and demonstrate your eye for styleQuarterly ConferencesAnnual Christmas PartyWith no plans on slowing down with our continued expansion across the globe.
