In this full‑time position or part‑time position, you'll be responsible for selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products, managing both new and used car sales. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, you'll collaborate with the sales and finance teams, ensuring dealership profitability while meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs. Responsibilities Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers. Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products. Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post‑sale customer support. Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations. Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant, preferred, but not necessary. Exceptional customer service skills with a customer‑first attitude. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets. A professional appearance and reliable work ethic. A current Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transport. Availability to work every second Saturday and Sunday.
