Join Scenic World & lead a team that delivers unforgettable experiences We are on the lookout for a passionate & experienced Leader to guide our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer service in one of Australia's most iconic tourism destinations. Our Food & Beverage department has two main outlets, our Terrace Café & Eats270 restaurant. Serving up to guests per day from across the globe, this is a fast paced and action-packed environment Job Description As our F&B Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage team, ensuring a safe & high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities You will lead by example, support team culture, manage rosters & drive service excellence. Maintaining RSA compliance, safety & food handling standards is at the core of everything we do. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage manager, this role is incredibly diverse and creative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to new ideas & world class events Lead & motivate a large team to deliver outstanding customer experiences & high food & beverage standards Drive sales excellence, through maintaining stock displays, food quality and engaging in department innovation (with support from the F&B Manager) Manage rosters, leave approvals & performance management / reviews Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve team performance & service delivery Handle guest feedback & resolve complex complaints professionally Ensure compliance with RSA regulations, WHS & food safety standards Execute food & beverage activations, such as the Iron Man Ultra Trail, Scenic world's Nocturnal event and Dinosaur valley Manage and delivery Scenic Spaces functions, including private and corporate events in our internal spaces Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles Strong organisational & communication skills Excellent customer service & complaint resolution abilities Knowledge of RSA regulations, safe food handling & WHS practices Proven hospitality experience Current NSW RSA Certification Tourism industry experience is advantageous Why Join Us?
